In most cases, no referral is required. You can schedule a consultation directly with our team, and we'll coordinate with your physician if additional records are needed.
We'll review your medical history, discuss your symptoms, and may perform a physical exam or order diagnostics so we can build a personalized treatment plan.
Every treatment plan is different. Some patients feel relief after a few visits, while others with chronic conditions benefit from an ongoing care plan we'll map out together.
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any recent imaging or medical records related to your condition.
