Nagaraj Kikkeri, MD

Dr. Kikkeri’s passion for excellent patient care is his driving force and he has been able to help thousands of patients with their pain. In keeping with medical advancements, Dr. Kikkeri is now able to offer one of the newest FDA-approved procedures to relieve chronic neuropathic pain.
Dr. Kikkeri is a board certified anesthesiologist specializing in pain medicine in the North Texas Area for over fifteen years. After graduating from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences in Bangalore, India, Dr. Kikkeri completed his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan, NY.

With a bedside manner that puts patients at ease, it’s easy to see that Dr. Kikkeri loves what he does. His interventional approach addresses the whole patient’s needs.

He is happily married to Dr. Neeraja Kikkeri, a retired dentist, and they have five children—two sons and three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, biking, driving his Jawa motorcycle and volunteering as a cook in local soup kitchens.

C M Schade, MD, PhD, PE

Dr. Schade started his medical career in the United States Air Force. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at David Grant United States Air Force Medical Center in California. He then relocated to San Antonio, Texas, and completed his residency in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at Wilford Hall United States Air Force Medical Center, where he received invaluable experience treating soldiers and veterans at the Air Force’s largest hospital. Dr. Schade completed his ten – year military career as a Lieutenant Colonel and Flight Surgeon at the School of Aerospace Medicine.

Dr. Schade started his private practice in the Dallas metroplex in 1981 and remains today a leader in Pain Medicine, specializing in Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), Degenerative Spine Disease and Spinal Cord Stimulation for the control of Chronic Pain Syndrome.

Dr. Schade is the past president of the Texas Pain Society and currently serves as Director Emeritus on the Texas Pain Society Board and is the Texas Pain Society delegate to the Texas Medical Association. Dr. Schade actively collaborates and works with the Texas Legislature, the Texas Medical Board, and the Texas Department of Insurance Workers Compensation Division developing laws and rules that benefit pain patients in the state of Texas.

Shikaripur Manjunath, MD

Dr. Manjunath began his medical journey in Karnataka, India- coincidentally the same state that Dr. Kikkeri’s is originally from!

He received his MBBS from JJM Medical College Davangre Karnataka, India.

Arzt Fuer Chirurgi ( General Surgery, Orthopedics and Trauma) from University of Muenster in Germany.
Physical Medicine Rehabilitation Residency UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

He has been practicing medicine for over 30 years.

Apart from pain management he practices Wound Care and Rehabilitation medicine at his private practice located in Allen, Texas.

Dr. Manjunath believes that compassion towards patients is a priority in provider care.

Paul Manaloto, DC

Dr. Manaloto graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic, TX in 2003. Prior to receiving his Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Bachelors in Anatomy, Dr. Manaloto attended California University of Pennsylvania for pre-med/ chiropractic undergraduate program.

While having a full college load, Dr. Manaloto received extensive training in massage therapy at Career Training Academy of Monroeville, PA; which he attained a Massage Technician degree in 1999.

He enjoys working with all types of patients and strives to make treatment fun, active and dynamic.

His focus is on restoring the bodies natural mobility and balance. This approach applies a combination of spinal adjustments, myofascial release, and stretching rehabilitation.

Sandhya Philip BSN APN

Mrs. Philip is Texas licensed Nurse Practitioner. She has a bachelors of science in biology from Rutgers University. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. And her APN from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMNDJ).

She has been a part of the Advanced Pain Solutions team since February 2014.

Mrs. Philip’s past experience in Oncology had exposed her to how much pain cancer caused patients and she chose to practice in pain management shortly thereafter.

Mrs. Philip is a strong advocate for Eastern modalities and encourages patients to tap into their personal potential.

Trent McPherson, PA-C

Trent McPherson, PA-C is a Texas licensed Physician Assistant with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies from UT Southwestern. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mr. McPherson has been a part of the Advanced Pain Solutions team since January 2012 and is qualified to perform trigger point injections, joint injections and manage patient’s pain pumps.

Mr. McPherson is an active member of the American Association of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

Trent strongly believes and advocates his patients to become active and aware participants in their own healthcare management by practicing healthy lifestyles.

Morgan L. Lemoine APRN-CNP

Morgan L. Lemoine is an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner in Mesquite, TX with special training and skill in providing medical care to adults of all ages.
